Photos and Videos

The App may request access to your photo library so that you can select photos and create collages, layouts, edits, and related visual content.

Unless clearly stated otherwise inside the App, your photos and videos are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

The App only accesses the photos or videos you choose to use, or the photo library access you grant through your device permissions.

App Usage and Diagnostics

We may collect limited technical information to help maintain and improve the App, such as:

This information is used to fix bugs, improve performance, and understand how the App is used. We do not use this information to identify you personally unless it is necessary for support or security purposes.

Purchase Information

If the App offers subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid features, purchases are processed by the app store platform, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

We may receive limited purchase-related information from the app store, such as purchase status, subscription status, product identifier, and transaction confirmation, in order to unlock paid features and manage your access.

Customer Support Information

If you contact us for support, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, support message, device information, screenshots, or other details needed to respond to your request.

We use information only for purposes related to operating, supporting, and improving the App, including:

We do not claim ownership of your photos or the collages you create.

Unless the App clearly states otherwise, photo processing happens locally on your device. If a future feature requires cloud processing, we will explain this in the App or update this Privacy Policy before using that feature.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your photos with advertisers.

We may share limited information only in the following cases:

• check_circle Service providers: We may use trusted service providers for crash reporting, analytics, customer support, subscription management, or infrastructure. These providers are allowed to use information only to provide services to us.
• check_circle App store platforms: Purchase and subscription information may be handled by Apple, Google, or other app distribution platforms according to their own policies.
• check_circle Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• check_circle With your action or consent: If you choose to share a collage, export an image, save content, or use a system share sheet, the content is shared according to your chosen action and the destination app or service.

We may use analytics or crash reporting tools to understand app performance and improve reliability. These tools may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance data, and general app interaction data.

We do not use analytics to access the content of your private photos.

If required by your device platform or applicable law, you may be able to limit analytics collection through your device settings.

Unless separately disclosed in the App, we do not track you across other apps or websites for targeted advertising.

If we introduce advertising or tracking features in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and request any permissions required by applicable law or platform rules.

Photos and collages stored locally on your device remain on your device unless you delete them, uninstall the App, or choose to save, export, or share them elsewhere.

Support emails and related customer service information may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Analytics and diagnostic data, if collected, are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for app maintenance, security, and improvement.

You can control the App’s access to your photos through your device settings.

Depending on your device and operating system, you may be able to:

• check_circle Remove photo access
• check_circle Delete content created in the App
• check_circle Disable certain analytics or tracking permissions

If you remove photo access, some App features may no longer work properly.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The App may be available in multiple countries or regions. If you use the App outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Where required, we will take appropriate measures to protect personal information in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to:

Because the App is designed to process photos locally, we may not have access to photos stored only on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account, and app store credentials.

The App may contain links to third-party services or may allow you to share content through third-party apps or platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Please review the privacy policies of any third-party services you choose to use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App or through the app store listing.

Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
